This Major Furniture Company builds custom architectural millwork and furniture for their Fortune 1000, law firm, hospitality, museum and higher education clients. The appeal of custom millwork is that we enable our client to realize their vision and design intent with unique pieces.

Job Description


  • Monitor and re-order all stock and non-stock items
  • Create requisitions In Epicor for purchase items
  • Pull shop requisitions for shop
  • Track hardware that is returned from jobsites
  • Pull field supplies
  • Maintain and track all left over hardware
  • Prepare Sam’s List
  • Maintain floor stock in different areas
  • Schedule dumpsters online/ Saw dust call in
  • Disposition of all safety equipment returned from jobsite
  • Monitor and refill safety kits throughout the shop
  • Refill eye stations
  • Pack and set-up all fed-ex pick-ups
  • Drive on occasions to job sites and/or will calls
  • Supply copy paper throughout front office and shop; reorder
  • Provide a list of tools to shipping supervisor when returned from field
  • Help wrap and load trucks when need be
  • Serve as a back-up for receiving clerk

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic computer skills
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Forklift Operator
  • Epicor
