U.S. Navy Veteran
Will is the Global Manager for Project Services for OneSubsea, leading a global team providing world-class project services to projects worldwide. In this role, he is responsible for the creation, standardization and implementation of processes, procedures and practices related to project services/controls for document control, cost analysis and planning/scheduling in support of multi-million dollar subsea oil and gas projects. Will was named to his current position in December, 2014.
Following his retirement from the Navy in July, 2014 after 30 years of service, Will joined OneSubsea as the North and South America (NSAM) Project Services Group manager. In this capacity he was responsible for resourcing Cost Analysts and Planners/Schedulers in support of subsea projects in NSAM.
Will’s Navy career began with the Naval Academy where he graduated in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering. Following flight school, Will flew the P-3 Orion anti-submarine aircraft serving on both coasts and deploying across the world. He commanded three units: operational aviation squadron, a naval air station, and the NROTC Unit at Rice University.
Will earned two masters degrees during his time in the Navy, from the National Defense University and from Harvard University. He received his PMP certification in 2012 and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (2013).
