In August 2025, NextOp brought 22 active-duty service members, transitioning veterans, and military spouses to Huntsville, Alabama for a three-day, all-expenses paid “Veterans Fly-In.” The event, hosted with Innovate Alabama and the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber Foundation, highlighted Huntsville’s thriving job market, quality of life, and growing employer demand for mission-ready talent.
