These enlisted veterans make up nearly 80% of our nation’s veteran population, yet are often the most underserved when it comes to transition support. Without individualized assistance, many struggle to translate the unique skills and leadership they gained in service into meaningful civilian careers. The result: a 63% unemployment and underemployment rate that disproportionately affects this population.
